In celebration of ViBe’s 10th Anniversary of the creative district and the completion of 18th Street CIP, we will have an official ribbon-cutting celebrating the roadway on Oct 3 at 630pm with representatives from the City of Virginia Beach, the ViBe Creative District board, and Clark Nexsen.
